The story so far
After five happy years of running The Squirrel Coffee Van in Formby pinewoods, in 2022 we took the plunge and opened our beautiful little café and tea room in the heart of Ainsdale Village.
Serving delicious breakfasts, lunches, drinks and homemade cakes of all varieties, you are sure to find something to tempt your taste buds!
We also cater for our little squirrel guests with smaller portions and even mini hot chocolates!
We are passionate about independent business and do our best to source stock from local suppliers where we can.
Our coffee is roasted by The Ginger Monkey Roastery in Chester, our syrups come from Liverpool based William Fox and all of our delicious cakes are handmade by Mrs Squirrel!
